-Tuition payment options: 1 annual payment or 2 semi-annual payments.
-Families paying over 10 months will be charged a $50 per family annual fee.
-All payments will be auto-deducted. Credit cards are not accepted.

Each new family will be auto-billed a $275 scrip fee in August. Current families earning less than the annual $275 SCRIP obligation during the prior school year, will be billed the net difference in August.


  • Sibling Discount: 10% reduction in tuition for the first sibling and a 15% reduction for additional siblings. Parents are invited to waive the sibling discount and will be given a receipt for a tax-deductible donation.

The school depends on parents to offer a commitment of time to festivals, fundraising and school development activities. Every family is also asked to make a financial commitment beyond their suggested tuition by:

    • Contributing to our Annual Giving Campaign
    • Generating more than $275 in Scrip earnings to support their child’s classroom funds
    • Supporting and participating in other fundraising activities


Parents may cancel their Tuition Agreement and receive a full refund of all tuition and fees (except for the nonrefundable registration fee) if written notice is received by the School on or before May 31, 2019. Parents may also cancel the Tuition Agreement by providing written notice to the School between June 1, 2019 and August 31, 2019. Parents shall then be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of annual tuition and fees. Beginning September 1, 2019, Parents may not cancel their Tuition Agreement under any circumstance and are not entitled to a refund of any tuition and/or fees for any reason whatsoever. Overhead, salaries, and other costs to the School do not diminish in the event of a Student's absence, withdrawal, suspension, or dismissal from WSOC. Therefore, the obligation to pay all tuition and fees is unconditional and no portion of such fees paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled.
